We love your furry companions and welcome up to two per apartment home. There is a pet rent of $50 per month per pet. While we are huge fans of individuality (and the exotic), we have to ask that exotic pals, such as skunks and ferrets, find happy homes with a friend or family member. Please note that we reserve the right to disallow certain aggressive breeds of dogs and aquariums as per our pet addendum.
Our community offers gated access. Each resident receives a fob to enter the gate. Guests visiting The Uptown are admitted entry by the resident they are visiting.

The Uptown offers a variety of parking options. $175 per spot per month for the first space, $200 for a second spot per month and $275 for a reserved spot.
We proudly offer an on-site maintenance team. Submit routine requests via your Resident Portal; please allow 48 hours for a response. For after-hours emergencies, call our main number and press 1 to speak with Milly, our virtual assistant, who will escalate it to our on-call associate.
We have Amazon package lockers accessible 24/7 without key fob and there is a front desk attendant that will receive overflow packages and disseminate them from the front desk between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 pm
We provide recycling services for our residents. Please deposit all cardboard materials into the collection bin situated at the loading dock.

At the time of application, residents are automatically enrolled in the Resident Liability Program at $15 per month. This is the simplest and most cost-effective way to satisfy the insurance requirements of your lease. The resident liability program is not renters insurance and does not cover personal property contents or liability coverage to third parties (other residents). Residents have the option to opt-out of the program by supplying their valid third-party renter's insurance policy to MillCreek.ConfirmInsurance.com.

At The Uptown, the one-time fees include an application fee of $64.50 per applicant and deposit ranging between $600-1 month rent. Additionally, there are monthly fees, which include a Resident Liability Program fee of $15, pest control fee of $2, unreserved parking fees of $175 for the first space and $200 for the second space, reserved parking at $275, and parcel lockers for $10.
For those wanting to apply with a section 8 voucher, we accept all income sources for a total of 2.5 times the rent to qualify.
To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply).
We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex.
With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.

Rent is due on the first of the month, with a grace period extending to the third day of each month. Late fees will start on the fourth day of each month.
